Are you effected by the full moon? How can the moon&#x27;s energy help you in your daily life when it comes to relationships, setting goals, our health and wellness?The moon can help us in a lot of ways with its gravitational pull, emotions, manifestations and when it comes to fertility and cycles, feminine energy is highly influenced by the moon. In this workshop, we will learn together how to use the moon&#x27;s energy efficently, to not only help us with our manifestations, but gaining knowledge, insights and awareness. Whether you want to focus on setting an intention based on a moon phase, help setting healthy boundaries and just embracing your own energy with the moon&#x27;s symbolism, this is an empowering and insightful workshop to be a part of!Join us to learn about the 8 phases, what the phases symbolize, how the moon affects us physically, emotionally, socially, mentally and spiritually! We will also discuss the correspondence with zodiac signs and their influence on moon&#x27;s energy, as well as learning about the phase the moon will be in the day of the workshop. At the end of the workshop, we will provide a 20 minute guided meditation to wrap up all that we have learned. Email us with any questions.
