Is there parking at the studio?

Accepted Answer

The parking is street parking so make sure to give yourself plenty of time. If you have trouble finding parking near the studio there is a large public parking lot at Dog Beach in Ocean Beach that is just a 3 minute (ish) walk to the studio.

What is the late policy?

Accepted Answer

We offer a 5 minute grace period. The studio door will need to be locked after that though for safety reasons. Please arrive early and give yourself plenty of time to park and get settled. Check in starts at 6:50 and class starts promptly at 7 pm.

Question 3

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

We have a 12 hour cancellation policy. We ask that students cancel at least 12 hours before class starts to receive a refund. If you cancel within the 12 hour time period or no show, no refund will be issued.

Question 4

Do I need any background in movement, yoga, or dance to participate?

Accepted Answer

Not at all! All levels and backgrounds are welcome. Modifications will be offered so that you can practice safely and at the pace of your body.

Question 5

What should I wear to class?

Accepted Answer

Wear anything that helps you feel good moving your body! Loose cotton or linen pants or shorts are recommended though to give your booty room to shake!
