Mix and mingle with other DC foodies as you sample all of Tipsy Scoop's flavors, learn about boozy ice cream mixology and take lots of Instagram-worthy pics! Ticket price includes welcome drink and keepsake glass. Beer, wine and additional ice cream available for purchase at discounted prices. Must be 21+ with valid ID to purchase and attend.
