About this event

    Join us for Homesteads for Hope's Monthly Open House Series! Families, individuals, and agency professionals, including self-directed brokers, can come together to explore our membership and program services. Held on the first Tuesday of every month, our Open House series provides a welcoming environment for networking and connection.

    Agenda as follows:

    4:30 - 6pm, Individuals, Families + Professionals are welcome to meet and mingle directly with our team and learn more about our inclusive programs and opportunities for involvement on our farm.

    Timeline:

    • 4:30: Meet & Mingle with the H4H Team in the Community Center
    • 5pm: Natures Classroom Tour (weather permitting)
    • Followed by any Q&A

    Homesteads for Hope, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization founded in May of 2013. Homesteads offers a unique Community Farm experience that will promote skills training, socialization, self-awareness and career exploration on an organically practiced farm; offering effortless inclusion with its many collaborations within the greater community.  As the demand for inclusive community services continues to rise particularly for young adults, Homesteads for Hope’s mission is to provide high quality service to people of all abilities. The Foundation stands at the cusp of a challenging and exciting time as we have officially closed on the forever homestead, a 55 acre one of a kind property on the Erie canal. We are excited for the upcoming season and all there is to develop. You'll have to see it to believe it!
