Overview

In this workshop, join print maker Orlando Corona for a deep dive into the world of monotype print making.

This is a 5-day workshop, it will take place on June 22 through 26 from 6pm to 9pm at the LMU Center for the Arts in Cumberland Gap, TN. All supplies and needed materials are provided.

In this workshop, join print maker Orlando Corona for a deep dive into the world of monotype print making. Participants will learn the technique of monotype printmaking, a process based on painting with printmaking ink on the surface of a plexiglass plate. They will learn how to properly adjust the printing press to ensure the right amount of pressure, as well as how to mix inks to create their desired color palette. They will also learn how to edit and title their work.

This workshop will take place June 22nd through 26th from 6pm to 9pm each day.

This workshop is for those ages 18 and up.
