What is monoprinting?

Monoprinting is an easy printmaking method that produces one unique print at a time. The methods for creating the image include drawing, masking, and layering textured papers and flat materials, such as leaves or ribbon.

It's a really fun process of experimentation and iteration.

Can I bring materials to print with?

Accepted Answer

Sure! While materials will be provided, feel free to bring along any 2D materials such as textured paper, ribbon, or plants to print with.

If you'd like to bring a particular paper to print on, feel free as well. We'll be printing on a white printing paper.

Can I bring my kid?

Accepted Answer

This workshop is aimed at adults who want to spark their creativity, but any kids 10 and older who are accompanied by an adult are welcome to sign up as well.
