This is the 11th of a monthly series of spirited cocktail dinners of food and cocktail pairings between Bencotto/Monello Executive Chef Fabrizio and GBOD Beverage Director Ryan Andrews. The dinner series has been selling out weeks in advance so we encourage everyone to take advantage of advanced ticketing!

Ticket includes a 4 course dinner paired with 4 cocktails from award-winning Heaven Hill family of Whiskeys including Single Barrel Selection.

Risotto Bourbon: Bourbon and Parmesan risotto.

Filetto di Manzo al Whisky: Beef tenderloin in bourbon cream sauce with sautéed potatoes.
