Join us for a takeover at KOU Studios on June 8th because this is going to be an all-day extravaganza packed with excitement!

We've teamed up with some epic sponsors like HOKA, Tality Wellness, Human Essentials, Superflux and more to bring you an unforgettable experience. HOKA will be providing our VIP ticket holders with a DEMO of their brand new MACH 6 or Skyward X shoes for our morning run.

When we get back, Tality Wellness will have plunge tubs all iced UP and ready for a cool-down. Are you brave enough to do it?!

Superflux will be pouring fresh beers, and we'll have the place riddled with coolers filled with your favourtie bevs from all of our friends around the city - alcoholic and non alcoholic options available!

Get ready to soak up the sun, enjoy burgers and fries from WAK WAK Burgers Food Truck, and dance the day away to the beats from our fav live DJ - Mattemus!

Here's a sneak peek at the run of show:

9:30 AM: Arrive for shoe demo with HOKA featuring the unreleased Mach 6 and Skyward X shoes + mini breakfast (VIP Ticket holders only!)

10:15 AM - 11:00 AM: Set out on a 5k run through Mount Pleasant with your fav leaders (all ticket holders are welcome to join the run)

11:00 AM - 2:00 PM: Lymphatic drainage massage demos by Sophie Brown from KOU Studios, Stretch Sessions with Kin Culture, demo station with Human Essentials, and Cold Plunging with Tality Wellness Mount Pleasant!

12:00 PM - LUNCH SERVED VIA FOOD TRUCK!

12:00 PM ONWARD: Enjoy cold drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) from our favourite brewery partners in Vancouver, Live DJ Matt spinning to keep the party vibes going plus networking with your favourite community
