Monday Note Meditations

Beth Norcross, Founder and Executive Director of The Center for Spirituality in Nature, is also adjunct faculty at Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, D.C. She regularly speaks, teaches and writes about the importance of immersion in nature as an essential way to encounter the Divine Mystery deeply and to foster a healthy relationship with the Earth.

Center each week by joining with us for Monday morning meditations.

FREE to first responders, health care and essential workers, and teachers, or for others who need a break on the price! Please <a href="https://www.centerforspiritualityinnature.org/contactus" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">contact us</a> to arrange complementary registration. As winter moves into spring, we invite you to join us online Monday mornings for a brief time of nature-based meditation and reflection, led by Beth Norcross. While we are meeting during the Lenten season, the meditations will be quite individual and not based on any particular faith tradition. We will begin at 8:00 am with a slow reading of the Monday Note from Nature text for that week, then invite participants to reflect on the text and the picture in silence. If you can look outside or go outside, all the better! At 8:30 am, those who wish to sign off are invited to do so. We will then offer an optional time of sharing until 9:00 am to explore insights together. Register for one session or join us for the full series! To register for the whole series, choose Select a Date, then choose Tickets for the first date available. You will have a choice between that date or the entire series. Zoom sign-on instructions will be shared after registration.
