May 6th - Sound Meditation- a practice with various instruments to quiet the mind
May 13th - Guided Meditation- a practice to influence inner harmony
May 20th - Reiki Meditation- a practice of using the reiki principles and self-treatment
May 27th - Moving Meditation- a practice of gentle movements to release stagnant energy
No previous experience is required and beginners are encouraged to join. Bring an open mind and a water bottle.
