We will sit comfortably with eyes closed for about 20 minutes either using a mantra or simply place our awareness on the breathe.

We will discuss a theme or topic informed by vedic wisdom, answer any questions and share experiences.

Is experience required?

No experience necessary and ALL are welcome!

Do I have to be able to clear my mind of thoughts?

No. In this particular method, thoughts are actually a sign of correct practice. There will be no need to stop thinking or to clear your mind of thoughts.

Do I have to sit yogi style?

No. In this technique, comfort is key. You will be asked to sit comfortably with your back supported.

Can I practice if I don't have a mantra?

Yes! If you have been trained in Vedic Meditation, The 1 Giant Mind Technique, or any method that uses the repetition of a silent word or sound (a mantra) you can use what was taught to you. If not, you will simply be instructed to innocently and effortlessly place your awareness on your breathe.
