Start your week off calm, grounded and connected through a donation-based live meditation class that offers different meditation styles each week: based on breath, visualization, stillness and intention-setting. Leave feeling calm, focused and clear about your week ahead, and drift off into a wonderful night's sleep.

Brittany Nelson is a writer, yoga teacher, and Ayurvedic health counselor whose life changed from the healing powers of nature when she discovered plant medicine and the beautiful redwoods of the Bay Area back in 2013. Since then, she's studied yoga (500 hours RYT), herbalism, Tarot, Reiki, Ayurveda (600 hours) and other natural modalities to help her heal, learn the ins and outs of how the body in relation to nature works, and to find wholeness on her own terms. A writer by trade, her deepest passion aside from creativity is connecting with others 1-1 and in intimate groups to help guide, listen to, and hold space for peace, inner quietude and powerful revelations that can happen through these ancient practices. She's honored to bring these modalities and teachings that she's learned from her many beautiful teachers to the public so her students can find empowerment and comfort in nature's healing tools.

Brittany studied with many amazing teachers in the Bay Area for 10 years and now lives in Hood River, Oregon amongst the trees, rivers and mountains.
