Join us for our weekly Monday gatherings as we embark on a new season with a shared focus on community and mindfulness. These gatherings provide a perfect opportunity to come together in a secure and nurturing space. This donation-based event (suggested $5-$15) invites you to bring a pillow, blanket,journal, and writing materials.
Our approach is organic. We'll commence with introductions, allowing each participant to express their unique needs. These connections will pave the way for engaging group discussions, complemented by introspective journaling. Depending on the collective energy, we may include a meditation session that's a favorite or has been referred to us by the group. The format adapts to the group's preferences.
Our activities will vary from crafting to meditation, but the unwavering sense of support and togetherness remains constant. Katrina will lead these gatherings at her welcoming boutique, Sisters of The Moon, nestled in Athens, Georgia.
Please arrive promptly at 7 PM, as the doors will closed at 7:05 PM to maintain an uninterrupted atmosphere. The gatherings typically last 1 to 1 1/2 hours. We start each gathering with a permission statement, respecting the boundaries of those who choose to share or seek advice.
Please remember to bring a pillow and blanket for your comfort.
