This monthly gathering is designed to offer parents and caregivers an opportunity to take a moment for themselves and reflect on their overall well-being. This time is dedicated to ensuring that parents and caregivers are physically, mentally, and emotionally supported in their roles. The check-in may include a series of activities to assess stress levels, self-care routines, emotional health, and physical well-being. It’s designed to help parents and caregivers recognize their needs, celebrate their strengths, and identify areas where they might benefit from additional support. This can be a helpful tool to maintain balance and ensure parents and caregivers are taking care of themselves as they take care of their families.
We will also engage and explore different interactive wellness activites and events to support in promoting self-care, community, and fellowship.
