Moms Talk

Certified Positivity Coach, Christy Smith, will host this group for mothers of all ages, to lead discussions and offer tips to help with time, stress and life management, balancing the duties of motherhood, communication with older children, outside obligations, homelife and much more!

We look forward to meeting you for this free event at the Empowering U Center at 511 W Main Street in Trappe. Our building is located near the yellow flashing light at 5th Ave. Parking is in the rear and we do have a ramp for access.

We are a charity, so a $5 donation is always welcomed to help us provide this programs to the public for free.
