Moms on the Run
Overview

Find Your Starting Line. Confident Strides Begin with Smart Screening.

Join us for an engaging, supportive event created for women who want to move, exercise, and run with confidence, at any stage of life. Whether you’re newly postpartum, returning to running after a break, or simply looking to better understand your core and pelvic health, this clinic is for you.

Our team of pelvic health and orthopedic physical therapists will guide you through evidence-based education and practical strategies to help you safely progress your activity. You’ll gain clarity on potential limitations, learn how to recognize common postpartum considerations, and identify what you may need to support long-term running success.

Topics will include:

  • Core and pelvic floor anatomy and function
  • Healing and recovery in the postpartum period
  • Safe return-to-run progressions
  • Footwear and supportive gear considerations

Participants will receive individualized feedback from skilled physical therapists to support their return to running and higher-level activity.

Screening and assessment may include:

  • Strength and mobility testing
  • Diastasis recti assessment
  • Balance and dynamic control
  • Treadmill video gait analysis

This event welcomes all women - whether postpartum, pregnant, planning for pregnancy, or navigating pelvic health concerns unrelated to pregnancy. It’s never too early, or too late, to build strength and confidence in your body.

Bring your questions, bring a friend, and take the next step toward running strong.
