Miss Bis-Man Power of 100s Teen, Kendall Jones, is promoting her "Exercise your Heart" platform! Children ages 3-8 are invited to spend a fun morning with Mom, or any special adult in their life. Class will consist of a 20 minute movement/barre class for everyone, followed by 30-min Classic barre class for the adults while children enjoy snacks, crafts, and reading time with Miss Bis-Man Power of 100s Teen!

* All proceeds of the event will be donated to the American Heart Association!*
