Welcome to Mommy & Me Yoga! Join us for a relaxing and fun yoga session with your little one at the Murphy Community Center. This event is the perfect opportunity to bond with your child while also taking care of yourself. Our experienced instructor, Jessica Munoz, will guide you through gentle yoga poses suitable for all levels. So put on some comfy clothes, and get ready to stretch, breathe, and relax with your little one by your side. We can't wait to see you there!
