Marion Miranda, from The Pink Swan Pilates Studio, will lead as you guide your babies' formative years and reform your own movement routine after pregnancy and beyond. Pilates helps your babies' brain development by fostering connection, communication, and play. Join our class to create meaningful interactions that will encourage your child to safely imagine and explore while you get a feel-good workout. This class is for mothers with children 0-3 years of age.
