Led by licensed occupational and speech therapists with ADHD, this live workshop offers more than just strategies — it offers personalized understanding.
You'll gain a tailored experience rooted in both clinical expertise and lived experience. Together, we’ll turn daily struggles into sustainable, realistic systems, and overwhelm into calm. Through goal-setting, guided reflection, and interactive activities, you’ll uncover insights about how your brain works — and how to work with it.

Come as you are. Leave with community, tools, and a little more ease.

Frequently asked questions

Who is this workshop for?

This series is designed for moms who reside in California and/or Utah who identify as having ADHD or think they might. Whether you’ve just been diagnosed or have been navigating ADHD for years, you’ll find tools and support here.

Do I need a formal ADHD diagnosis to attend?

Not at all. Many of our participants are undiagnosed or self-identified. If you relate to the challenges we describe — forgetfulness, overwhelm, difficulty managing routines — this space is for you.

What if I can’t make all four sessions live?

No problem. All sessions will be recorded and sent to registered participants, so you can catch up anytime. You will also be sent all interactive activities and resources.

What makes this different from other ADHD webinars or courses?

This is an interactive, guided experience led by licensed speech and occupational therapists who also live with ADHD. You won’t just learn — you’ll apply what you learn through real-time reflection, interactive activities, gentle accountability, and supportive community.

Will I have to share personal stuff?

You’re welcome to participate in a way that feels right for you. Sharing is encouraged, but never required.

What kind of activities will we do?

Each session includes practical strategy demos, guided reflection, and optional small group discussion. It’s not just passive learning — it’s a chance to explore what works for you.

How much time should I plan for?

Each session runs approximately 60 minutes. Optional reflection prompts and tools will be provided between sessions for extra support.

What’s included in my ticket?

✔️ Access to all 4 live sessions ✔️ Session recordings ✔️ Bonus recorded class on ADHD-friendly memory strategies (when you register by May 20!) ✔️ Downloadable resources and interactive activities to guide reflection
