Mom Core is a specialized program designed to help moms reconnect with, rebuild, and strengthen their core after having a baby. Our focus is on healing from the inside out — restoring core function, improving stability, and regaining confidence in your body.

Each month, you'll join an in-person session where we’ll cover proper techniques, core activation exercises, and progression strategies tailored to rebuilding the pelvic floor and deep core muscles after having babies. Between sessions, you'll receive weekly workouts delivered straight to your email, giving you the tools to stay consistent, build strength, and continue your journey safely at home.

Mom Core is perfect for moms who are ready to feel stronger, tighter, and more supported from the inside out — one step at a time.

Frequently asked questions

When can I start Mom Core after having a baby?

You can typically start once you've been cleared by your healthcare provider for exercise. Every recovery is different, so be sure to get your doctor's approval first. Additionally, if you have EVER had a baby in your life, this program is good for you too! This is good for all women, all ages.

What if I had a C-Section?

Mom Core is designed to support all types of postpartum recovery, including after C-sections. We’ll focus on gentle core reconnection first, with modifications as needed. I designed the course to help me recover from my own c-sections (3x!)

What should I bring to the in-person class?

Bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and wear comfortable clothes you can move in. We’ll provide any additional equipment if needed.

What if I can't make it to every in-person session?

No worries! You’ll still receive weekly workouts by email, so you can continue progressing at home even if you miss a live class.

Are babies allowed at the in-person sessions?

We love your little ones! Some locations may allow babies depending on space — please check with us!

How intense are the workouts?

The workouts start very gentle and progress as your body gets stronger. Everything is core-centered, low-impact, and designed to support long-term healing without overwhelming your body.

Will this help with diastasis recti (abdominal separation)?

Yes! Many of our exercises are specifically chosen to help heal and strengthen diastasis recti. We’ll teach you how to move safely and intentionally to support core recovery.
