MODULE B: Crisis Management

Learn the interpersonal elements of effective crisis management, how to adapt support based on the stages of escalation, and physical skills to maintain safety when dealing with the potential for violence or threats to physical safety.

Course hours will be from 10a-1p with sign-in beginning at 9:45am.

ABOUT THE HOST

Casa Pacifica Centers for Children and Families serves as a National Training Site for the LSCI Institute and maintains certified Senior Trainers on staff.

CONTINUING EDUCATION

MFTs, LCSWs, LPCCs, & LEPs: Casa Pacifica (Provider #: 016190) is approved by the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapist to sponsor continuing education for LMFT's, LSCW's , LPCC's and LEP's.  Casa Pacifica maintains responsibility for the program and all its content (3 hours).

CAADE: Provider approved by the California Association for Alcohol and Drug Educators, Provider #; CP20 860 C 1120  for 3 contact hours.

CYC-P: This course meets the qualifications for 3 hours of continuing education credit for Child and Youth Care Professionals (CYC-P) as required by the Child and Youth Care Certification Board. Content domain: Developmental Practice Methods
