MODELING WORKSHOP 3.0

I launched myself into the fashion show industry about 15 years ago as a freelance fashion show coordinator while working in fashion retail. I worked in both large and small events in the Vietnamese entertainment production industry and was personally flown into many events as part of the back-of-house production. The fashion shows were always the highlight of these local concert events as well as the bigger live productions. In addition to these productions, I have coordinated fashion shows for university clubs and organizations such as the University of Houston, Atlanta University and Brown University in Rhode Island that showcased local designers.Since catapulting myself this industry, my tasks have revolved around doing whatever is necessary to make sure the designers’ vision is brought to life. I ensure that the models represent the designers’ concepts seamlessly from makeup and hairstyle to garments and accessories. Ensuring that everything is “runway ready” includes coordinating the lineup, music and seating chart. My goal is to make every single show I am part of run as smooth as possible!Coordinating fashion shows is my passion while I professionally grew my skills and abilities in working in fashion retail (Ann Taylor, Banana Republic, Kate Spade and Macy’s). I started my professional career as a stylist and was promoted to management after receiving my bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the Bauer College of Business in 2005. After earning my degree, I was placed into leadership roles such as Sales and Merchandise Manager and Human Resources on the executive level in these stores. These roles made me realize my passion for planning and executing fashion events, and I knew that was what I was meant to do.My specialty lies in managing the front and backend of productions since I am incredibly detail oriented. After working in more than 60 shows, I excel in casting, leading, organizing and coordinating great teamwork among everyone I work with. My core team that I have been grateful to put together is hardworking, knowledgeable and passionate. Our priorities are to get things done and have an amazing time doing so. This is an affordable workshop for model (male or female: no limit to size or height) who wants to learn more about modeling industry and wants to further their career as a professional model. We created this workshop to help those models who aren&#x27;t able to afford classes or camps from agencies.
