Modeling 101: Module – Foundations Workshop
Explore professional modeling with Mars Alexandre—runway, posing, movement, and presence in an inclusive space. Free, 10 spots only.
Fashion has long been a gatekept industry, shaped by rigid standards and systemic barriers. Beauty norms, financial obstacles, and intense physical and emotional demands have made modeling inaccessible for many—especially models of diverse bodies, sizes, shapes, and skin tones.
The good news? The industry is evolving. Agencies are expanding rosters and redefining representation. This workshop is designed to support that shift by providing foundational modeling skills while fostering confidence, presence, and personal charisma—whether you’re curious about modeling, building a portfolio, or exploring self-expression through movement.

Land Acknowledgement
This event takes place on the traditional lands of the Anishinaabe, the Chippewa, the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Haudenosaunee, the Métis, and the Wendat Peoples. As we gather, we acknowledge the ongoing impacts of colonization, including the displacement and genocide of Indigenous peoples. We recognize that Truth and Reconciliation is an ongoing responsibility, and we are all accountable for upholding treaty agreements and actively resisting all forms of oppression.
