Model Registration for Excel International Fashion Week New YorK

Excel International Fashion Week New York is a series of luxurious and charitable events featuring runway/exhibit-style showcase and seminar during the kickoff to New York Fashion Week.

Model Registration for Excel International Fashion Week New York (EIFWNY) is required to participate in Excel International Fashion Week New York. Model Compensation is Time for Promotions (TFP).

Models will receive high-resolution pictures, feature in Excel Travel & Style Magazine, and the show will be broadcast on Fashion Where it’s At TV. EIFWNY will provide hair and makeup for the main event. In addition, KDE Disability Africa Foundation will issue charitable contribution form to models (upon request). The model will receive FREE Modelland book by TYRA BANKS while supplies last. Signed model release required to participate.

Approved models are responsible for travel cost to participate in Excel International Fashion Week New York. Approved models will be notified of acceptance via email from the Model Coordinator or Event Producer.

Models should be available for the 2 main events and should also attend fittings and rehearsals on Friday, August 31st and Saturday, September 1st, 2018. Models must be available for the Excel International Fashion & Awards Show on Saturday, September 1, 2018 which has Call time of 1 pm EST.

Meet The Press & Networking Mixer

• Friday, August 31, 2018 Casa La Femme, 140 Charles St, New York, NY 10014.

Note: Models must be 21 & up to participate in Meet The Press & Networking Mixer.

Excel International Fashion & Awards Show

• Saturday, September 1, 2018 Manhattan Ballroom, 319 Fifth Avenue, 4th Floor, New York, NY 10016.

Note: Minors (Models under 18) can participate in Excel International Fashion & Awards Show.

MODEL EXPECTATIONS

Female Models:

• Have clear or French fingernail and toenail polish. No colored nail polish, please.
• Wear a strapless and padded or bustier bra if possible. (Natural color is preferable).
• Bring dressy high heel shoes or sandals in the appropriate color to go with the gowns or attire. (Nude shoes are preferable unless the more appropriate color is available)
• Come with hair well-groomed and in good condition with consistent hair color.
• Bring own foundation to the event.

Male modes:

• Bring dressy shoes to go with the attire. This can be White, Ivory, or Black.
• Come with hair well-groomed and in good condition with consistent hair color.

All Models:

• Be careful not to stain the clothes with makeup or damage to the material.
• Ensure clothes are hung up after fitting. Please do not throw clothes or jewelry on the floor.
• Be on time for fittings, rehearsal and the show.
• Follow model call time for hair, makeup, photo shoot before, during or after the show.
• Meet designer on media wall as directed by the Production team.
