Do I need to bring anything?

Everything is optional. I would recommend bringing a water and small snack as well as a yoga mat if you have one. ( that would be needed for stretching and floor posing )

Is this class just for models?

No, all is welcomed. whether you are in the professional field or not. If you want to get better with posing in photos in general then this class is for you
