This workshop is a part of the Friends of the Domes adult workshop series.

Join us for an evening of relaxation and rejuvenation with our Mocktails & Meditation class. Unwind with a guided meditation while wandering our serene Show Dome. Following this peaceful stroll, enjoy a sip and social with refreshing mocktails infused with calming herbs and flavors while connecting with fellow community. Perfect for those looking for a peaceful and fun evening.

Dress comfortably - the Show Dome may be warm or chilly depending on that day's weather. Bring your yoga mat, floor pillow, or towel.

Cost: Includes entrance to the Domes. Members $32; general admission $35

Niki Caldwell: Owner of Wonderland Healing, Niki has almost 20 years of experience in the natural health field. Her passion is working with individuals on an emotional level and to make energy healing relatable and accessible to all.

Ashley Solano: As an energy healing practitioner, spiritual coach, and meditation guide, my mission is to help others awaken their purpose and find their true essence to find harmony within.


The Mitchell Park Wellness Collective is a community-driven initiative that utilizes the backdrop of beautiful and historic Mitchell Park as a place for healing through nature. Classes, events and workshops foster a sense of community and encourages individuals to take an active role in their own well-being.

In partnership with The Helios Group

Mitchell Park is a large historic urban park (one of the first six public parks in Milwaukee!) in the heart of the Clarke Square neighborhood and southside communities, overlooking the Menomonee Valley. The Friends of the Domes envisions a reactivated Mitchell Park will provide neighbors, families and nature lovers with free access to long-term health benefits.

FOD Adult Education Workshops Cancellation and Refund Policy: Registrants may cancel workshop registrations up to one week in advance of the workshop and receive a refund for the price excluding all Eventbrite fees. No other refunds will be given.
