Mobility & Movement Workshop

Hi, I'm Colleen! Lover of life, fitness, travel, animals, and the beach. I am an entrepreneur at heart, always looking for the opportunities and greatness that life brings out. Trained professionally as a health and fitness expert, I own Elite Physique Personal Training. I’m also the creator of New Mommy Makeover fitness DVDs, an award-winning system for new moms. Additionally, I am a professional network marketer for a company called Young Living. I'm so excited to be able to offer my clients a more extensive line of clean, toxic-free products. Essential oils can help with so many different areas of health. As a businesswoman, I’m aware that the traditional "career" as we know it is changing rapidly. Network marketing has afforded my family and myself the opportunity to build RESIDUAL INCOME, unlike any other profession. We are always looking for like-minded people to partner with, please reach out if you're interested. I welcome you to check my health and fitness businesses: Elite Physique Personal Training, New Mommy Makeover, and Young Living.
