MOAB® presents principles, techniques, and skills for recognizing, reducing, and managing violent and aggressive behavior. The program also provides humane and compassionate methods of dealing with aggressive people. Every technique – nonverbal, verbal, or physical is based on a solid principle.

When Is Recertification?
