Interfaith Yoga Project

One of the most beloved IYP events of the year - the annual MLK Day practice. “Life's most persistent and urgent question is, 'What are you doing for others?'“ King once said to an audience in Montgomery, Alabama in 1957. We will reflect on this sentiment, meditate on what it means to be of service and honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.  Open to ALL! All levels, ages, ability, faiths and backgrounds! Please join us on January 20th at 3pm, St Andrew Church  801 North Hastings Street
Please bring a canned good for St. Andrews Food Pantry
