All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided, except in the following circumstances.

Valid Refund Policy

In the unlikely event of festival cancellation, a full refund (not including processing fees) will be issued to ticket holders. Other valid refunds are only applicable in cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters.

Wheelchair & Handicap Accessibility

Village 360 is fully wheelchair and handicap accessible. There will ramps, designated parking, elevators, and accessible restrooms.

Outside Food & Beverages

Strictly no outside liquor or beverages are allowed. Attendees found violating this policy may be escorted off the premises.

Village 360 will be offering various selections of food and beverages for purchase throughout the event.

Respect The Show Cars

View the owners showcased cars from a distance and refrain from touching or leaning on them.

Respect For Facilities

Enjoy the beauty of the vineyards but refrain from picking grapes. Please treat the winery facilities with care and respect.

No Trespassing in Grapevines

Stay within designated areas and refrain from trespassing into the grapevines. Any unauthorized entry will result in immediate escort off the premises.

No children. We aim to create an atmosphere best enjoyed by mature attendees.
