NodeBots Day is worldwide event where people learn how to control the physical world with JavaScript. The focus of NodeBots Day is on sharing and enjoying each other's company and JavaScript. Lots of JavaScript.
What better way to celebrate controlling the physical world through code than doing so with a programmable robot?
Come join us as we introduce the Misty SDK and write some JavaScript to make Misty react to individuals, roam around the Galvanize Atrium, and snap pictures from a fresh perspective. Be srue to bring yourself and a laptop to develop on. It will also be helpful to be familiar with sending REST API calls, using Postman, and some familiarity with the JavaScript language.
Snacks + Drinks + Robots will be provided. Bring your own laptop!
