The seminar will demonstrate how mission statements can capture organizational practices and communications, specifically to (a) increase appeal, (b) attract new audiences, (c) build trust, and (d) demonstrate commitment. It is sure to increase revenue, improve market-share and increase client satisfaction.
We explore several companies mission statements to observe various techniques in practice, while also taking some time to workshop our own organization's mission statements, creeds, committments, and communications.
The event includes activities centered around "stakeholdership", supply and demand, general management, organizational design/development, and internal audits. We invite business and non-business professionals, organizational leaders, students and more to join us online, or onsite (inquire within).
