Missing Middle Housing Session

Sun Coast Section of APA Florida

Hosted by Forward Pinellas, the Florida City and County Management Association (FCCMA), and the Sun Coast Section of the Florida Chapter of the American Planning Association (APA), this session will cover housing needs in Pinellas County and is open to the public. It is intended to spur discussion and provide solutions for city managers, elected officials, and lead planners within our communities. The Missing Middle is a term coined by architect Daniel Parolek that is used to describe multi-unit, low-rise housing that is comparable in scale to single-family homes.
