Social Justice Ministry

A community awareness and action forum on missing children and missing persons particularly drawing attention to and advocating action on that issue itself, as well as on the extent to which the media and general public give notably less concern and attention to black and brown missing children and persons. 
Natalie Wilson, Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer of the Black and Missing Foundation, Inc., is the keynote speaker.The targeted audience is the general public, specifically for churches and congregations and faith-based communities.   
A light fare begins at 5:00 pm.  The forum begins promply at 6:30 pm.

Parking is limited.  The Shaw-Howard University Green-Yellow Metro Station and Mt. Vernon Square 7th Street-Convention Center are nearby in addition to the 70, G8 and P2 bus lines.
