"Welcome to The Monster Bash, a Hauntingly Glamorous Halloween Cabaret Show! Step into a world where darkness and enchantment intertwine, as we present an unforgettable night of spine-chilling entertainment. 'It's a dead man's party, who could ask for more,' as Oingo Boingo once said. Prepare to be mesmerized by a fusion of music, dance, and theatrical performances, all set in a bewitching atmosphere that will leave you breathless.

Ghost aerialists float above, their ethereal forms twisting and twirling in breathtaking acrobatic displays, defying gravity itself. The emcee, a mysterious and charismatic figure, welcomes the audience to a night of thrills and seduction.

Throughout the evening, you'll witness captivating performances that blend the art of burlesque, cabaret, and cirque. Puppets with a sinister charm come to life, their movement, both enchanting and unsettling, as they tell haunting stories of the supernatural world. A zombie jazzercise instructor emerges, leading the audience through a drag-tastic routine that fuses pop culture with undead flair, creating a uniquely eerie and hilarious experience.

During the intermission of The Monster Bash, we invite all attendees to participate in the thrilling Costume Contest! Show off your creativity and dress to impress as your favorite spooky character or in a mesmerizing original costume. 'It's a dead man's party, who could ask for more,' as you compete for the title of the most extraordinary and captivating costume of the night.

Misfit Cabaret is a splendiferous variety show centered around magical music with a rotating cast of eccentric performers. From burlesque to drag to circus to magic, you never know what you're going to see (or what you're getting yourself into)!

For each new Misfit Cabaret, emcee Kat Robichaud writes two original songs keeping with the theme of the evening and plays them with her Darling Misfit band, as well as a special medley to kick off the evening and welcome in the spirits of San Francisco's saucy past

Featuring Kat Robichaud and The Darling Misfits as your hosts! Robichaud (who was a top 10 finalist on The Voice) has incredible vocals that effortlessly balance everything from razor wit to raw emotion, and the Darling Misfits completely nail the nuances of bombastic, arena-sized rock n' roll that would make Queen proud.

FAQ

What time is the box office open? When does the show start? When do the doors lock?

The Box Office and Doors open at 7 PM the Show starts at 8:05 PM and the doors to the theater will be locked and there will be NO late admittance after 8:15 PM

Are seats assigned?

Yes, you now get to pick your seats! Please arrive early to ensure everyone gets seated by 8:05 pm

Is there an age limit for the show?

The show is ages 12+ with an adult at parental discretion- Be advised, there is nudity and adult themes in all of our shows. But it's San Francisco and we aren't going to tell you what is appropriate for you to share with your children.

How can I ensure that I will be able to sit with my friends?

Try and buy tickets with your friends to reserve seats together.

Are photography and video allowed?

Yes, but absolutely NO FLASH PHOTOGRAPHY and No video recordings longer than 30 seconds. If you take photos and post them on social media, please tag us. @krmisfitcabaret on Insta @misfitcabaret on Facebook or #misfitcabaret

Refund Policy

You may receive credit for a future show if you request a refund within 7 days of the show! All attendees are responsible for their fees unless it falls under the Eventbrite refund policy.

Covid-19

As public health conditions and the State’s guidance for performing arts and live entertainment change, we will remain flexible and adapt to applicable health protocols. Below are the current protocols for Misfit Cabaret: We understand that this is stricter than many other venues in the Bay Area; Misfit Cabaret prioritizes the safety of our performers and staff.

MASKS. All patrons are recommended to wear masks inside the theatre at all times (except when consuming food or beverage in the lobby or auditorium).

STAY HOME IF YOU'RE SICK. By entering the theater, patrons are agreeing that they are not sick or exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19. It is essential that patrons do not attend the show if they are unwell. We have an exchange and refund policy in place so that patrons may reschedule their tickets if necessary.
