RHF's Mini Movers is designed to get littles ones and parents moving with kid-friendly music, dance, & playful fitness instruction.

Make some time to have lots of fun and get moving with your littles!

This exciting program happens at the Soldiers Hospitality house, with great kid friendly music, dance & fun fitness instruction. Designed for ages 3 to 8, with parent participation encouraged.

This program is completely free for service members and their families, but spots fill quickly - registration opens two weeks before each session’s start date.

Things to Know Before You Go:

• Wear clothes you can move easily in!
• Bring a water bottle
• If the weather is nice we may run the program outside.
• Each participant must register individually, and parents must stay with their children throughout the program. We encourage you to Participate!
