This live, virtual workshop takes place on Friday June 7th and Friday June 14th from 10:00am-12:00pm over Zoom and is PD funding and release time approved in Alberta. The workshop is 5 hours in duration split up over two dates, one week apart to ensure participants have time to practice their newly learned skills including deep breathing, yoga, mindfulness and positive thinking.
Workshop participants will leave with the following:
*Increased confidence in bringing mental and physical wellness programming to children.
*An understanding of how to use the Mini Me Yoga program and how adaptations can be made to fit any daily routine in both professional and personal settings.
*A deck of Mini Me Yoga foundation yoga cards.
*Access to our workshop attendee portal
*3-30 minute follow-up consultation phone calls to offer support and answer any questions after the training
*Certificate of attendance and so much more!
