Welcome to Mini Horse Yoga hosted by Impact Horse!

Immerse yourself in a rejuvenating outdoor yoga experience hosted by Impact Horse on the Eastern Promenade.

Join us for a unique opportunity to connect with nature and find inner peace alongside our beloved miniature therapy horse, Toast.

60-minute, beginner friendly yoga classes are guided by Ashley Flowers, who will encourage you to breathe, relax, and unwind while supporting Impact Horse's mission to make a positive impact through equine therapy.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to ensure you have time to park and find class so we can start promptly at noon!

Is there a minimum age for participants?

Yes, you must be 18 years of age or older to participate.

What is your Weather Policy?

Mini horse yoga is rain or shine. Class may be canceled in the event of severe weather.

What is your refund policy?

If we need to cancel a class due to weather, your class fee will be refunded. In all other cases, due to the staff time it takes to deal with cancellations and refunds, class purchases are final. Think of it like buying tickets to a concert, once you buy them they are yours!

What should I bring?

Please bring anything you need to be comfortable in the great outdoors (water bottle, hat, sunglasses, sunblock, bug spray, weather appropriate clothing, etc). Also bring a beach towel, yoga mat, blanket or practice on the grass.
