Mini Birth Class

Join us in person for a mini birth class covering labor basics, comfort strategies, and what to expect at the hospital.

NOTE: ONE TICKET IS FOR TWO PEOPLE
Registeration includes expecting parent AND support person.

If a multi-week birth class doesn’t fit your schedule, our Mini Birth Class offers focused, in-person education to help you feel informed, prepared, and confident as you approach birth. This class covers key topics, including:

• The labor and delivery process
• Warning signs and when to come to the hospital
• Comfort measures and pain management options
• Induction of labor
• Cesarean birth
• Postpartum care for both parent and baby

Participants will also enjoy a mini maternity tour, providing an overview of our birthing and postpartum units.

Arrival and Parking Information:

Please park in Garage C and take the parking garage elevator to the 1st level. Stop at the Information Desk to check in. Your instructor, Nicole, will meet you in the lobby.
