This is an IN-PERSON event in DeSoto, TX that will take place monthly at the following location:Greater Southwest Black Chamber of Commerce 1801 N. Hampton Ste 484 Desoto, TX 75115 3rd Floor conference roomJoin us on the third Wednesday of the month to network with other aspiring business owners and entrepreneurs within the military and veteran community. Led by peer leader and veteran spouse <a href="https://veteranspousenetwork.org/denise-banks/" title="https://veteranspousenetwork.org/denise-banks/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Denise Banks</a>, this group is sure to cultivate discussions capturing the entrepreneurial spirit while focusing on empowering veteran, or veteran spouse/partner business owners or those who want to start or grow a business as a military/veteran couple.Topics include:<ul><li>Business tips</li><li>Resources for veteran-owned business</li><li>Empowerment</li><li>Partnerships and couple-owned businesses</li><li>Network</li></ul>Bring a sack lunch.To be eligible for this group you must be the spouse or partner of an active-duty service member or post-service veteran, a caregiver, a widow/widower or divorced spouse from a veteran or active duty service member, or an active-duty service member or veteran.Eligibility for our Virtual Social Clubs varies by session, so please check our Eventbrite page to see other social clubs that may interest you.You will also be able to access event information by viewing the Online Event Page.
