T﻿his mindfulness workshop is organised by Victoria University Postgraduate Association (VUPA) and Student Wellbeing at Victoria University. The workshop will be led by a psychologist who is part of the Student Wellbeing Team at VU. Come to learn: <ul><li>What mindfulness is</li><li>Different types of mindfulness</li><li>Benefits of practising mindfulness</li></ul>This in-person event will be organised at Victoria University City Tower, room 0312, and light snacks will also be provided.
