  • What will I learn? What will we do exactly?

In each class, you will learn a fast & efficient mindfulness practice (5min!) and a performance tool to apply at work. We'll have group discussions, watch short videos, and learn techniques that you can use to improve your performance - in the office and outside.

Each class includes a downloadable recording of the mindfulness practice as well as written instructions for the practice and the performance tool.

Classes are limited to 12 persons. We hold confidentiality in high regard.

  • Do I have to practice mindfulness? Isn't that time consuming? What if I don't want to stop and "do nothing"?

Mindfulness is mental training. It sharpens your mind, and it is rarely boring. We will give you tips and tools to use throughout your busy work day, some 30sec and the longest ones 5min. Fast and effective.

  • Can I wear my office clothes?

Yes! Come straight from work. We'll sit comfortably in chairs and work in teams.

  • What do I need to bring?

You don't need to bring anything in particular. We will provide a nice atmosphere, tea and water.

  • What is the refund policy?

You can buy tickets at the drop-in rate of HK$330 until 2 hours before a class starts. You can and cancel up to 24hours prior to the first class on 31 August. No refunds are available after that.
