About this event
Living with PMDD can be a disorienting experience. The ups and downs of our cycles can disrupt our lives and greatly affect our quality of life. It can alienate us from ourselves and our loved ones for reasons beyond our control. But we are not powerless to the effects of these monthly changes.
In this 4-part mini-course, Bianca will share mindfulness tools to help you honor and soften the waves of your cycle. Through Dharma Talks, guided meditation, and discussion, you'll learn skills in loving-kindness and self-compassion as well as practices to ease the experience of suffering from physical discomfort.
"Together we can do the work to accept, honor, and soften the challenging experience of living with PMDD."
