MINDFULNESS BASED STRESS REDUCTION—

Let’s explore what happens to us when we experience stress and anxiety. Once we bring awareness to our experience, we can then learn how to incorporate mindfulness and compassion to navigate our difficulties with more care and ease.


ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR—

Mudra Love is from Kathmandu, Nepal. Her father, who was a Buddhist monk, taught her how to meditate. Overtime, she has developed her practice through educational training programs such as "Mindfulness Meditation" taught by Jon Kabat- Zinn, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC), and more.
