About this event

  • 2 hours

Our intention is to create a space where you can come to slow down, explore and restore. An invitation and opportunity for you to disconnect from the constraints of daily life, whatever they may be for you, and take the time to reconnect with yourself.

What can I expect during a session?

We will take time at the beginning of the session to arrive in the space and go through everything that may happen during. We will have mindful movement and meditation to ground into the body, followed by journeying into a breathwork session. There will be plenty of time at the end of the session for grounding and integration, and the opportunity to share your experience if you would like to.

You may be new to mindfulness and breathwork or you may have practiced / participated in sessions before, these workshops are open to everyone, the intention is to let go of expectations and to welcome what is to be seen and heard.

Upon booking we will send you the location details. Closer to the start date we will send you a detailed email with information about the workshop, what you can expect, what to bring with you and how you can prepare ahead of the session. If you have any questions in the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We look forward to welcoming you in a session soon!
