Join Tatiana every Monday at 9 am to find your center. This 45 minute class will guide you through stretching, breathing exercises and teach relaxation techniques to help you get through your week with a calm mind and clear focus. <aside>This series focuses on leadership development while teaching participants to be self-advocates and focus on a positive future. Benefits of mindfulness include decreasing stress and anxiety, improving self-esteem and self-regulation and increasing calm. </aside>
