619 Marr StLos Angeles, CA
Saturday, Apr 11 from 12 pm to 3 pm
Overview

Take a pause from perfection. Learn simple, practical ways to be kinder to yourself, reduce stress, and feel more present.

A workshop for those tired of the inner-critic- the voice of criticism inside that can cause so much internal suffering. Ideal for anyone who overthinks, self-criticizes, or wants a gentle reset. In this workshop, we will explore mindfulness skills and tools to learn self-compassion through interactive experiences, writing exercises, and guided meditations.

This group is for you if you struggle to be kind to yourself, feel like your own worst enemy, and are looking for ways to deepen your sense of being at home with yourself.

Facilitated by psychotherapists:

Jacklynne Marder, LMFT #I31000

Cassie Duffy, AMFT#153186

Based on the research and practices of Kristin Neff.
