Excited for summer picnics and the booming flavors and ingredients the season brings? Join us on June 4th for a Mindfulness Picnic Meditation to prepare your palette to fully embrace and experience the tastes, textures, and flavors that will soon adorn your plates! Featuring treats picked out by the Cambridge Naturals expert team and led by our local yogi and mindfulness guide Angie DiCiccio. When: June 4th, 2:30p-3:30p. The first 30 minutes will be discussion style and last 30 minutes a picnic social! Where: Cambridge Naturals lawn in Brighton! What to bring: If you have a favorite cushion, picnic blanket, or outfit for sitting on the ground please bring that! Additionally plan to bring or purchase some water, and always bring your open heart, curious mind, and bright smile. Cost: This will be a donation based event. Suggested Donation $10, but no one will be turned away for lack of funds!Attendees will receive a 15% off coupon to shop at Cambridge Naturals!Thank you! Bio: Angie DiCiccio recently settled in Somerville and is excited to bring her yoga and mindfulness learnings to the area. She is an engineer by training, an inventor by application, and an enthusiastic community builder by practice. Angie discovered yoga and moving meditations in 2017 in California as a beautiful compliment to her marathon training and laboratory job. This initial seed of inspiration quickly blossomed leading to Angie&#x27;s journey into mindfulness, meditation, yoga and self-discovery. As a 500 hr RYT, Angie partners with students and community to engineer experiences that invite learning, healing, discovery and growth.
