Calling all parents & grandparents!
VCSL is pleased to invite you to our Mindful Parenting Class.  Come and learn the benefits of mindfulness and how to incorporate it into your family's lives. 
LORELYN EAVES has been a birth and postpartum doula for 11 years in Los Angeles and Ventura County. She is certified through DONA International.
Lore also teaches MBCP (Mindfulness-Based Childbirth and Parenting) based on the well known MBSR teaching of Jon Kabbot Zinn. Teaching this life skill has given her the opportunity to see first hand how the understanding and practicing of mindfulness has given parents a more wholehearted way to live and parent their children. She enjoys sharing ways to incorporate mindfulness training with both formal and informal practices and continues to learn the latest teaching practices in this field.
